CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN worked with famous photographer Jacques Khuong Nguyen for his latest campaign. This campaign is again one of Louboutin's fantastic works!! Fairy tale images are used by Nyugen such as Alice In Wonderland, Little Mermaid, Cindrella and Snowwhite. I loved it:)

He is the most spoken, most phorographes, most popular name lately! Meet the new prince of shoes, NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD, and his original and independent, edgy and chherful, ready to fly designs!


I was collecting images of Kirkwood designs since the latest RODARTE collection and those lovely candle-heel shoes. Kirkwood also added another famous name ERDEM to his runway collections.


Of course a Central Saint Martins and Cordwainers graduate, Brit designer excites us since his frst collection presented in 2005, he took attention of CHLOE in first place.


Kirkwood gives much importance to handcrafting and decorative work, likes geometrical and structured forms with strong lines but also combines modernism with feminibe and classical touches. He always put form in front, that his pieces are like pieces of modern art!


When nearly all designers did something related to Alice's Adventures movie, may be the best and most Aliceable amongst was of Kirkwood's Alice shoes.


ERDEM, RODARTE, JEAN PIERRE BRAGANZA, SWAROVSKI are the names Kirkwood' make collections for.


Of course Kirkwoods seem more beautiful from Tommy Ton's cam!

This shoe from Spring 2010 collection is unique both with its appearence and its material. That patchwork patterns you see are not prints but the compressed Play-Doh makes it seem that way. But no don't be afraid, since it is processed with a very different technology it is as sturdy as leather and will not melt away under the rain, or warp when you jump jump!

And the power of fashion must be this ladies, finding somehing pretty nice now while you found them hideous once, making cool the uncool(like socks in high heeled sandals)!!

The 3 main shoe trends this season are:
1) Clogs
2) Wedges(but daring wedges!)
3) Kitten Heels

Not very fond of 1, never imagine myself in 3! Let’s begin with clogs, those high wooden heeled, generally round toed, and studded shoes as we all know! We liked it at CHANEL, found it disgusting in LOUIS VUITTON(showed us that LV logo does not always make everything chic:)), saw kittens, daisies and birdies on them at MIU MIU.
