RICARDO TISCI's GIVENCHY is here with the first photos of latest ad campaign of next season. Too many models again posed for MERT&MARCUS in a studio at Paris. Tisci's muse Mariacarla Boscono was accompanied by Joan Smalls, Ming Xi, Catherine McNeil, Malgosia Bela and Tisci's personal assistany, former Brazilian model k Lea T. Lea. "She is family" says Tisci for Lea an adds that she is very feminine, aristocratic and fragile.

Since I've been awarded the second best fashion blog Turkiye in Blog Awards 2010 Ceremony I locked myself up at home since designers are knocking my door, phone is ringing nonstop, all papers are talking about me! Well I'd like to say so ladies, but reality bites:)) After taking some time off and share my happiness with all of you, accepting your lovely messages, comments and mails , it is time to give a start to new posts:)

I mentioned before that last week was so full but all nice time. One of the organizations was of WRANGLER Fall 2010 collection launcheon held at Hose Cafe at Pera. Since I do not own a very casual style, I was first anxious about attending the event but then I couldn't resist Aysegul's- queen of the night by the way:)- insisting. It was a correct decision:) Almost all of my blogger friends were there, the interest and hosting was wonderful, finally I met adorable Trendastic NY yuppiee and our table: well it was the most stylish one in the street:))

I enjoyed great time and of course I will tell you about a nice collection! But first of all, I'd like to thank WRANGLER for welcoming us so nicely, providing successful info and their choice of place as House Cafe and Aysegul- a super professional who amazes every minute of the evening with her big smile and hard work!

KorayCaner, Stilize who took all these nice photos you see here and me Boom were the pioneers who come first. Since nobody yet arrived, we take our time asking lots of questions, rying the clothes and shooting lots of photos.

As we saw, collections was heavily men's, but women's clothing was very nice though limited. I was especially very fond of the leather jackets, gloves and huge bags. My favorites were the black leather rider jacket, knit bag, knir gloves with leather details and the tiered jeans Stilize wore for us:)

Bags and jackests made of next season's trebdy colors such as rust, brown and dark yellow were wonderful. Of course double denim was considered. Nearly all blue tones are available in denim shirts with their slim cut. Smoky coal tones are also used in jeans as much as blues. The whole collection will not be available in Turkish market but the pieces chosen will definitely stand diverse.

KorayCaner showed us another talent of his, he was our model! WRANGLER brought a female model but as I said men's wear were heavy in the collection so Koray as our male model wore the clothes for us.

CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN worked with famous photographer Jacques Khuong Nguyen for his latest campaign. This campaign is again one of Louboutin's fantastic works!! Fairy tale images are used by Nyugen such as Alice In Wonderland, Little Mermaid, Cindrella and Snowwhite. I loved it:)

PANTONE Sonbahar 2010 Renk Raporu is announced, acording to PANTONE endive, golden glow, living coral, lipstick red, purple orchid, chocolate truffle, lagoon, woodbine, oyster gray and rose dust will be the trendy colors of the upcoming season.

"Impossible is nothing", at least for Kaiser. CHANEL whose runway and even catwalk soundtracks are been waited as much as the collection itself again does the unexpected! Karl Lagerfeld imported a 265-tones iceberg from Sweden and also a 35 person Ice Hotel team to sculpt them in order to present his CHANEL Fall 2010 collection, besides he makeshis point and takes all the attentions about global warming getting serious each and every day. In the middle of Grand Palais there are icebergs and the room is chilled to -4degrees Celcius. There is fur but "fake fur" everywhere on the clothes and some more like yeti, in fur from head to feet. Karl Lagerfeld win my heart when he says "Fake is not chic — but fake fur is." (but still we know he uses real for FENDI!) This must be the love of fashion. This must be making your job with love, passion and perfection...

The gorgeousness created from gold feathers right above is the very last piece from the last collection of late ALEXANDER McQUEEN, with this piece on the runway some of the guests burst into tears. "Each of these pieces are unique, as he is" were the last words...

The collection started with clothes having cuts and digital prints similar to those of the last season, than a heavy Byzantine theme has begun; imperial colors such as burgundy red, black and ivory were decorated with gold rococo.

Those gigantic church paintings and best of Grinling Gibbons art were printed on fabrics, and again a salut were given to Byzantine with drapes, velvets, brocades and attractive shoulders. And if cape will be fashion next season, it should be like these says McQueen with two breathtaking capes accessorized with emperor's symbol of double lions.

Every piece was combined with miniature and slim Roman warrior helmets, some took Mohawk forms with spikes above.

And what we get at last, again a perfect tailoring, one worth watching for hours; an incredible creativity which takes you to past and bring back; a tell tale for all of us..

Would you want to travel around the world not in 80 days but just in 20 minutes? It may cost a litlle more though! JPG wanders us around the world with his last collection; tribal printed turbans, masai necklaces, Alaaddin pants, Indian shoes, Napoleon hats, cowboy hats, French berets, Dutch scarves, Mexican panchos, Russian furs, and silvers from kapalicarsi! In theri most colorful, most fun, most vivid forms! GAULTIER who loves to tell tales collects them all together this time...

ACKERMANN whom I'm much more fond of each and every season puts his sweethearts -leather and suede- again on top! Look at that amazing vest in the first picture ladies, how beautiful?! A dramatic and edgy collection with spiky edges which remind me of dried, folded leaves, brown, grey and black monochromes. I lobe the asymmetry on collars and necks. peplum, leggings, floor length dresses with high splits and well tailored trousers are combined with dark original capes, not like the mini coat-ish ones we used to see. This collection also reminds me Star Wars such as Pugh's, but not the scenes through space with Vader, more the ones on surface with Obi Van:))

Peter Copping's NINA RICCI is floral, cute, feminine, refreshing and lovely! Lilac, purple, pink, nude organza and chiffon roses are applied on hemlines and waist of the pants, on collars and skirts, or all over the dresses colored in gray, black or red mainly, or we see polka like little rose prints. And even leather purses in rose forms. Fur sleeved cardigans and those red shoes are my favorites.
